Data controller

Purpose

To attend to enquiries, collaboration proposals and information requests sent via the form, and to share information about the Foundation's activity when legitimate interest applies.

Legal basis

Consent of the data subject upon submitting the form and, where applicable, the Foundation's legitimate interest.

Recipients

Data is processed internally and not shared with third parties except by legal obligation. We use Resend (Resend, Inc.) as email delivery provider and Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile) as a security verification service, both acting as data processors.

Retention

Data is retained while the relationship or interest is maintained, and afterwards for the legally required periods.

Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to lmtolmos@cinned.org. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
